Our normal office working hours are from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday GMT or GMT +1 hour.

Under normal conditions we strive to provide the level of service that we will dispatch goods within 48 hours of funds clearing. However unfortunately during peak periods or abnormal conditions we reserve the right not to despatch items as quickly as this. In these unusual conditions we will despatch  goods within 21 days of clearing funds.

If you are unhappy with goods please contact us in order that we can rectify issues as successfully as we are able to.

All of our picture’s of items for sale are as close a representation of the item as is possible. However there are certain items (e.g. tumble stones etc.) where the vagaries of nature cause the hue and colour may not be exactly as depicted.

Oils, Incense, Crystal, and Feng Shui (and other products not defined) are provided and described with healing properties. We reserve the right to provide these items, but cannot be held responsible for any effects which these may cause (in correct usage or misuse). There are normally so many variations between locations and personal effects (and affect of illnesses) that these products may not have the desired affect. We very strongly recommend that you consult a qualified medical practitioner or a qualified alternative therapist do discuss uses of products.

IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR FEEL THAT YOU MAY BE, WE INSIST THAT YOU CONTACT YOUR GP OR ALTERNATE THERAPIST. PRIOR TO USING ESSENTIAL OILS DIRECTLY (MUST ALWAYS BE DILUTED IN A CARRIER OIL) OR IN A BATH. IF YOU ARE IN ANY DOUBT DO NOT USE THESE PRODUCTS.

Before any oil is used you must test a small area to check that the person receiving the treatment is not allergic or react to any of its constituents.

Prior to burning incense we very strongly recommend that the space where these items are being used should have adequate ventilation. Also make certain that you do not leave lighted candles, incense or lighted oil burners unattended. Be very wary of using items where pets are present as it is not possible to be certain of any reactions pets may have. Ensure that any lighted candle, incense or oil burner are located safely away from any imflammable materials(curtains etc.)
